Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you will guarantee the quality level of products and equipment in accordance with customer requirements and our ISO 9001 / EN 9100 certifications.

You will be in charge of:

Product Quality:

• Validate manufacturing files, test procedures, and retrofit procedures
• Analyze and monitor internal, customer, supplier, and after-sales service non-conformities (causes, actions to be taken, requests for deviations)
• Propose corrective actions in order to reduce the number of non-conformities and meet quality objectives (customers/suppliers)
• Perform FAI on products (manufactured/tested by APS)
• Perform product release inspections
• Raise awareness among personnel (R&D, BE, Production and Purchasing + Suppliers) regarding product quality

Supplier Quality:

• Analyze and monitor supplier non-conformities until problem resolution
• Ensure the completeness of Supplier FAI and LAI to validate them
• Perform incoming inspections according to needs

QMS:

• Ensure the proper application of the QMS
• Know quality tools, the documentation system, and quality performance indicators
• Escalate subjects/scopes not covered in the QMS

You have significant experience (between 2 and 5 years) in a similar position and good knowledge in the following areas:

• Solid knowledge of electronics and industrial processes
• Mastery of the non-conformity processing procedure and FAI/LAI forms
• Understanding of aeronautical standards and their application (IPC A610, EN 9100, ISO 9001)
• Professional English
