Associate - Private Wealth
The Associate provides essential administrative support to the Private team while developing knowledge of trust and company administration. This role designed to introduce the individual to fiduciary services through hands-on experience, guided learning and formal training. The role supports accurate recordkeeping, document preparation and client servicing tasks, forming the foundation for a professional qualification and future progression.
Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, updating databases, and maintaining client records
Draft standard documentation using approved templates (e.g. resolutions, payment instructions, letters)
Assist in preparing bank forms, investment instructions, and simple transactions under supervision
Collect and input KYC and due diligence information to support client onboarding and reviews
Maintain accurate and compliant electronic and paper files aligned with internal naming and filing conventions
Ensure data entry is accurate, complete, and up to date
Support internal reporting, system updates, and audit preparation activities
Requirements:
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in pursuing a professional career in trust, fiduciary or corporate services
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
