Equinelle Pharmasave is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant (Part-time) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support pharmacy operations, assist with patient intake and medication dispensing and *help support the business management side of pharmacy.* This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic healthcare environment while contributing to the well-being of our community.

*Duties*

• Assist licensed pharmacists with medication preparation, labeling, and dispensing in accordance with medical terminology and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory control of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies, ensuring proper storage and stock levels. This includes front shop ordering, pricing and maintenance of the POS.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety protocols, and pharmacy policies at all times.
• Update patient records accurately within pharmacy management systems, maintaining confidentiality.
• Have a working knowledge of the Kroll computer system
• *must have a working knowledge of Office 365*
• *Must be able to demonstrate the ability to learn new things in order to help with sales reporting, billings and POS input*.
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices within a pharmacy setting.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 ? 25.0 per week

Work Location: In person
