Your tasks

• Plan, support, and launch impactful promotional activities, brand activations, and compelling digital and offline content that elevate brand presence and drive measurable results
• Maintain visual guidelines, tone of voice, and brand messaging consistency with absolute precision across every internal and external touchpoint without exception
• Track campaign ROI, social media metrics, and sales performance data using analytics tools — translating findings into sharp, actionable recommendations for leadership
• Monitor competitor movements and shifting consumer trends to continuously identify positioning gaps and opportunities for brand differentiation and strategic growth
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and communications teams to produce cohesive, on-brand campaign materials that resonate deeply with target audiences
• Support the development and regular review of brand guidelines that ensure every piece of communication authentically reflects the organisation’s identity and values
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors to deliver high-quality brand assets on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard
• Assist in organising brand activations, product launches, and promotional events that create genuine audience excitement and strengthen brand equity

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Creative and strategically minded with a strong eye for brand consistency and a genuine passion for marketing, storytelling, and audience engagement
• Familiar with digital marketing tools, social media analytics platforms, and graphic design applications
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, creative projects, and competing deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively across both creative and commercial teams
