Your tasks

• Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact corporate events, client engagement sessions, and brand activations from initial concept through to flawless on-ground delivery
• Source and manage relationships with venues, vendors, caterers, and AV teams — negotiating effectively to deliver outstanding quality within every budget
• Build detailed event run sheets, production timelines, and comprehensive checklists that leave absolutely nothing to chance and keep every stakeholder fully aligned
• Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and client-facing teams to ensure every event is on-brand, on-message, and perfectly aligned with business objectives
• Manage event registrations, guest communications, and all on-site coordination to guarantee a seamless, memorable, and professional experience for every attendee
• Troubleshoot on-the-day challenges with composure, quick thinking, and an unwavering solutions-first mindset that keeps everything running smoothly
• Gather comprehensive post-event feedback and produce detailed debrief reports packed with honest insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
• Build and nurture strong relationships with industry partners, suppliers, and collaborators that elevate event quality and unlock exciting future opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with proven capacity to manage multiple events and competing deadlines simultaneously without compromising quality
• Creative, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure with the ability to adapt confidently and professionally to last-minute changes or unexpected challenges
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for effective engagement with clients, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams
• Passionate about creating exceptional event experiences with a strong eye for detail, brand consistency, and audience engagement
