Your tasks

• Build comprehensive and audience-focused content pillars, customer journey maps, and editorial calendars that are strategically aligned with business objectives and growth goals
• Analyse site and channel performance, SEO and SEM metrics, competitor content gaps, and consumer behaviour patterns to generate insights that sharpen content direction
• Track content ROI and traffic metrics with rigour — presenting clear, compelling, and data-driven insights and recommendations directly to leadership
• Continuously refresh and elevate older content to meet the highest current standards for quality, SEO performance, and evolving audience expectations
• Maintain a meticulously organised calendar of project deadlines and content launch dates to keep all publishing schedules running smoothly and on time
• Lead the strategic development and successful launch of new content channels — ensuring each is purposefully positioned and executed with consistency and creative excellence
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and communications teams to ensure all content is cohesive, on-brand, and deliberately aligned with campaign and business objectives
• Stay ahead of content trends, platform algorithm shifts, and emerging digital innovations to continuously evolve and future-proof the overall content strategy

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strategic creative thinker with the ability to translate business goals into compelling, audience-focused content frameworks that drive measurable results
• Proficient in SEO and SEM tools, web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, and modern content management systems
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and consistently on-brand content across multiple formats and channels
• Highly organised with outstanding project management capabilities and the proven ability to manage multiple content streams and competing deadlines simultaneously
