Controller

Your tasks: In a dynamic environment, you will be part of the controlling team, acting as a sparring partner and working closely with the management, project managers, the operating companies, as well as the CEO and CFO.

Your future challenge:

• Project controlling and ongoing cost control
• Monthly IFRS group reporting (P&L, balance sheet)
• IFRS valuation of projects according to the POC method
• Budgeting and forecasts
• Support for the operating departments (project managers, branch managers, management) with commercial questions
• Performance of variance and ad-hoc analyses
• Participation in the optimization of controlling processes and group reporting
• Support with special projects (e.g., M&A, integration of new companies)
• Close cooperation and coordination with the CFO and CEO

Your profile:

• You have completed commercial training & preferably a degree with a focus on business administration/controlling/accounting
• You bring at least 5 years of experience in the controlling area in a group environment
• You have very good IFRS knowledge and possess good accounting know-how
• Very proficient use of MS-Excel and ERP systems is a matter of course for you
• Very good English skills are required
• Personally, you stand out through your communication skills, your team spirit, and your assertiveness
• A high degree of independence and initiative, as well as an interest in the further development of processes, completes your profile.
