Job Summary Deliver a nurturing and engaging learning environment that supports the holistic development of preschool children through structured classroom management and active collaboration with parents. Responsibilities Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of preschoolers Facilitate classroom routines including lessons, playtime, meal breaks, and rest periods to ensure a balanced daily schedule that supports child well-being Communicate regularly with parents to provide detailed updates on their child’s progress and developmental milestones, fostering a collaborative partnership Apply effective classroom management techniques to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and confidence in young learners Required competencies and certifications ACEY or its equivalent Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues Exhibit patience and a genuine passion for working with young children to support their growth and learning journey Workplace Location Woodlands
