Technical Manager (M/F)

Originating from the aeronautics sector, EPSYL masters complex thermal phenomena in critical environments. However, these skills are becoming increasingly rare, even as they are essential to guarantee the reliability, performance, and durability of electrical systems. By intervening in projects related to the energy transition (photovoltaics, PAC, power conversion...), EPSYL shows a desire to maintain its DNA in terms of technical requirements and to be an actor in the energy of tomorrow. We are offering this opportunity to strengthen the existing teams and to maintain the sustainability of the project.

Your missions:

• Update and monitor the project dashboard (weekly).
• Ensure the update and monitoring of project schedules with the project manager.
• Analyze project data and identify discrepancies.
• Exchange with design engineers to understand and challenge the proposed technical solutions.
• Perform critical review of technical documentation.
• Participate in milestone meetings and contribute to decision-making.
• Coordinate technical activities to ensure compliance with milestones.
• Lead technical meetings and formalize minutes.
• Ensure the technical interface with clients.
• Provide structured reporting to management.
• Provide support to cross-functional teams (purchasing, quality, industrialization, production, suppliers).

Profile sought:

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in a technical field.
• Solid technical culture allowing for the analysis and challenging of engineering solutions.
• Experience in an industrial project environment.
• Mastery of planning tools (MS Project or equivalent).
• Analytical capacity, rigor, and critical thinking.
• Strong English is mandatory.
