Epsilon Net | Senior Account Manager

Epsilon Net, the largest Business Software Group in Greece with a complete portfolio of specialized software services and solutions, is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the Integrator Sales team.

📌 Location: Athens (or Thessaloniki) 📍 Work Model: On-site

Responsibilities

• Development of a new client base and identification of business opportunities in the market.
• Investigation of customer needs and proposal of suitable computerization solutions.
• Management of the sales cycle from the initial approach to the completion of the agreement.
• Creation and monitoring of the sales pipeline.
• Management and development of existing clients (upsell / cross-sell).
• Conducting presentations and meetings with business executives.
• Collaboration with the Pre-Sales and Technical Support teams to formulate proposals.
• Market monitoring and identification of new trends and opportunities.
• Achievement of agreed sales targets.
• Recording and management of contacts and actions in the company's CRM system.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the IT Solutions or Services sector.
• Previous experience in B2B sales and/or client base development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Organizational skills and goal orientation.
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
• Driver's license and ability to travel.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in ERP sales or other software solutions.
• Understanding of basic business functions (Financial Management, HR, CRM).
• Familiarity with Cloud / SaaS models.
• Knowledge of the English language will be appreciated.
• Experience in managing existing clients.
• Existing network of contacts in the business world.
