Quality & Tomography Controllers (M/F)
Your tasks
To support our growth and strengthen our Quality department, we are looking for two Quality & Tomography Controllers (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI). As a true guarantor of the compliance of our high-tech products, you will hold a strategic role in our value chain. In the field, you will split your time between Non-Destructive Testing (NDT via tomography) activities dedicated to the requirements of the aeronautics sector, and versatile testing within our laboratory (three-dimensional machine, dimensional controls).
On a daily basis, your actions will revolve around the following axes:
- Guarantee the quality of tomographic controls (NDT): perform operations on aeronautical parts in compliance with procedures and interpret results. (Specific training will be provided at the end of the trial period to allow you to obtain the Cofrend Level 1 certification).
- Perform laboratory controls and testing: conduct geometric and dimensional controls (three-dimensional machine, measuring column), as well as mechanical tests (hardness, torque).
- Control our raw materials, tips, and components: perform sampling and validate strict compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Perform release control: verify the completeness of manufacturing files to validate the final release of products before shipment to our customers.
- Contribute to the processing of deviations: write and follow up on non-conformity reports, actively participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Structure our approach: participate in updating the Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and perform workstation audits.
Requirements
We are looking for a perfect balance between technical agility and human qualities:
Education and Experience: You hold a Bac+2/3 (DUT/BUT Physical Measurements, Materials Science and Engineering, or BTS Laboratory) and are a beginner or possess initial experience. Without this degree, you can justify confirmed experience of at least 3 to 5 years in quality control or a testing laboratory.
Technical Expertise: Technical English (reading standards) is indispensable. Knowledge of ISO-GPS dimensioning and/or the basics of NDT (radiology/tomography) is a major asset. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools or statistical analysis is a real plus.
Physical Aptitudes: The position requires very good visual acuity (fine analysis of images and shades of gray), the ability to work in a closed environment with dimmed lighting (tomography office), and to perform light handling in the laboratory.
Soft Skills: Pragmatic and upright, you know how to ensure quality criteria are respected with a pedagogical approach. Curious and endowed with an excellent team spirit, you have a strong taste for field work and continuous learning.
What we offer
An integration journey: Upon your arrival, you will benefit from tailor-made support to discover our organization, followed by internal training on our tomography equipment (aiming for NDT Level 1 certification).
Stimulating projects: You will evolve in contact with high-tech products intended for sectors of excellence (aeronautics, energy).
A privileged working environment: Evolve in a modern environment combining an SME spirit, quality of life in the Médoc, proximity to the ocean, and the attractiveness of the Bordeaux metropolitan area, with real opportunities for evolution within the Quality department.
