Your tasks
- Supporting the financial performance of companies by optimizing all social and tax charges, by supporting innovation financing, seeking grants, or managing financial risks.
- Operational support for all key functions or company transformation projects: Procurement, Digital & IT, Operations & Supply Chain, Transformation.
- Strengthening cost-saving efforts (costs, process optimization...) by providing our best experts or relevant outsourcing solutions.
Finally, we know how to meet environmental performance challenges, ranging from ESG regulatory dimensions, energy performance plans, or sustainable mobility, to the definition and implementation of true CSR, climate, or decarbonization strategies.
Context As part of Finance transformation and digitalization projects, we are looking for several experienced profiles to intervene on Finance, SAP, and team/project management issues.
Depending on your expertise, you may work in one of the following areas:
- Digital Finance / SAP FI-CO Manager
- Management and supervision of a Finance team
- MCO and evolution of SAP FI/CO
- Management of Finance processes: accounting, management control, payments, fixed assets, reporting
- Management of evolution, integration, and S/4HANA migration projects
- Interface between Finance and IT business units
- O2C / SAP SD-MM Deputy Manager
- Supervision of a team of functional consultants
- MCO and evolution of SAP SD/MM on O2C (Order-to-Cash) processes
- Gathering and translating business requirements
- Management of testing, acceptance, production deployment, and hypercare
- Contribution to SAP evolution, integration, and migration projects
- Business Unit Deputy Manager
- Animation and supervision of a functional team
- Coordination of several SAP / Finance topics
- Management of projects and prioritization of MCO activities
- Interface with Finance and IT business units
- Contribution to SAP transformation, evolution, and migration projects
- Transversal coordination with other units
Requirements
Essential: Finance experience + very good mastery of SAP FI/CO + significant experience in team management and project management.
Essential: Finance/O2C experience + good mastery of SAP SD/MM + experience in team supervision and project management.
Essential: experience in team management + project management, Finance/SAP environment, ability to simultaneously manage recurring activities and projects.
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management, or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Finance / Finance IS
- Significant experience in team management or supervision
- Proven experience in project management
- Mastery of the SAP environment
- Depending on the scope: FI/CO or SD/MM / O2C
- Experience with SAP evolution, transformation, or migration projects
- Leadership, organization, rigor, autonomy, and ability to prioritize
- English is mandatory
