Your tasks

• Supporting the financial performance of companies by optimizing all social and tax charges, by supporting innovation financing, searching for subsidies, or managing financial risks.
• Operational support for all key functions or company transformation projects: Procurement, Digital & IT, Operations & Supply Chain, Transformation.
• Strengthening cost-saving efforts (costs, process optimization...) by providing our best experts or relevant outsourcing solutions.

Finally, we know how to meet environmental performance challenges, ranging from ESG regulatory dimensions, energy performance plans, or sustainable mobility, to the definition and implementation of true CSR, climate, or decarbonization strategies.

Within the DSI, you are the guarantor of cost control and the quality of IT contracts. You manage a portfolio of nearly 250 maintenance contracts (software, hardware, hosting) and ensure the software compliance of the organization.

Contract Management

• Support for formalized procedures
• Awarding of direct contracts (gré à gré)
• Support to requesters throughout the entire procurement process (documentation, training, provision of contracts)
• Maintenance of the documentary repository, contractual summaries, and renewal roadmaps
• Participation in Steering Committees
• Project management (Maîtrise d'ouvrage) for the DSI's future contract management tool

Software Compliance

• Maintenance of the license base and their metrics
• Management and defense during vendor audits
• Reduction and anticipation of risks and costs related to audits
• Transformation of vendor constraints into optimization levers (obsolescence, architecture, consolidation)
• Prevention of shadow IT

Requirements

Indispensable

• Solid knowledge of IT and IT contracts
• Mastery of software asset management
• Professional English
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position and missions
• Good knowledge of the Code de la Commande Publique
• Negotiation skills and interpersonal qualities
• Rigor, autonomy, and reactivity
• Synthesis skills and analytical capacity
• Reactivity regarding deadlines
• English required
