Your tasks

As a Business Logistics Consultant, you will work on logistics management and optimization missions within the framework of national and international industrial projects. You are the guarantor of the logistics performance of the business affairs entrusted to you and ensure the coordination of equipment transport from their manufacturing site to their final delivery location.

In this role, you manage all logistics activities associated with the projects and ensure compliance with cost, quality, deadline, and safety objectives. You work in close collaboration with project, procurement, supplier, and logistics partner teams to secure physical and documentary flows throughout the supply chain.

You also ensure the coordination of the various actors involved in international logistics operations (logistics providers, carriers, freight forwarders, inspection bodies, suppliers, project teams) and contribute to the continuous optimization of the implemented logistics schemes.

In this context, you will specifically intervene in the following activities:

  • Definition and deployment of the logistics strategy as well as procedures associated with projects
  • Planning, coordination, and monitoring of national and international logistics operations
  • Management of packaging, loading, stuffing, and shipping operations in compliance with quality and safety requirements
  • Organization and monitoring of equipment deliveries in line with project constraints and execution schedules
  • Coordination of customs formalities and implementation of customs regimes adapted to import and export flows
  • Management, control, and monitoring of logistics and transport documentation
  • Consultation, negotiation, and management of freight forwarders, transit agents, and other logistics providers
  • Implementation and management of transport and logistics contracts
  • Management and optimization of project transport budgets
  • Monitoring of logistics performance indicators and implementation of associated action plans
  • Facilitation of interfaces between project, procurement, supplier, and logistics partner teams
  • Identification and management of logistics risks likely to impact project performance

The scope covers logistics operations associated with industrial projects, including equipment transport, international transit operations, customs management, flow management, and optimization of logistics schemes.

Depending on your experience and interests, you may also work on supply chain transformation projects, international flow optimization, or the structuring of logistics processes.

This mission will allow you to work at the heart of strategic industrial projects and contribute directly to the securing and optimization of international logistics flows.
