Your tasks

• Supporting the financial performance of companies by optimizing all social and tax charges, by supporting innovation financing, searching for subsidies, or managing financial risks.
• Operational support for all key functions or company transformation projects: Procurement, Digital & IT, Operations & Supply Chain, Transformation.
• Strengthening cost-saving searches (costs, process optimization...) by providing our best experts or relevant outsourcing solutions.

Finally, we know how to meet environmental performance challenges, ranging from ESG regulatory dimensions, energy performance plans, or sustainable mobility, to the definition and implementation of true CSR, climate, or decarbonization strategies.

• Structuring subcontracting contracts with our suppliers
• Software procurement management: managing the complete software procurement cycle: sourcing, specifications, consultations, negotiations, contracting
• Managing supplier governance (Business Reviews, COPIL)
• Market monitoring and supplier risk management
• Guaranteeing compliance with internal procurement procedures
• Structuring the SRM approach (processes, tools, indicators)
• Revising governance models according to supplier segmentation (strategic, tactical, transactional, partners)

Requirements

• Mastery of tenders and commercial and contractual negotiations
• Experience in structuring procurement strategy and implementing an SRM approach
• Experience in sourcing and consulting IT suppliers
• Writing skills (processes, procedures)
• Professional English
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position
