HR Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Conducting personnel and job interviews
• Creation of all relevant personnel documents (e.g., employment contract, job reference)
• Development of job profiles in cooperation with the specialist departments
• Contact person for department heads and employees
• Creation of various evaluations
• Management of time management
• Master data maintenance
• Administration and management of personnel files
• Responsibility for 2 locations

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Initial professional experience in human resources
• Confident handling of MS-Office
• Good knowledge of an ERP-System / time tracking system
• Friendly appearance
• Structured, independent way of working
• Team player
• Possession of a driver's license
• Good English skills
