Project Leader

Requirements

-Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage multidisciplinary teams of technicians and engineers, delegating tasks and fostering a collaborative work environment.

-Solid Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Telecommunications Operators infrastructure, IT, networks, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and communication systems (CRM, mail servers, etc.) to oversee the functionality and security of integrated solutions.

Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze operational data, identify risks, solve complex problems, and make informed decisions that improve the overall efficiency and productivity of the company.

-Project Management and Process Optimization: Mastery of project management methodologies and the ability to develop and implement policies and procedures that optimize workflows and service delivery.
