Business Process & Project Manager in Service (f/m/d) (Business Development Manager/in)

How you contribute

In the area of Service & Technical Support C&I, you will work together with your team to shape the further development of our global service business and ensure that processes, standards, and tools are aligned worldwide.

• You will take over the management of projects and sub-projects for the development and further evolution of global standards, service processes, and training concepts in the areas of Commercial, Operations, and Regulatory.
• Within the global service organization, you will design the conception, standardization, and worldwide implementation of efficient business processes and ensure that new workflows are sustainably anchored.
• As an interface and business partner to IT, you will participate in the selection, further development, and implementation of process-relevant tools and translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• With your structured approach, you will manage projects for the further development of the service business as well as for the optimization of operational processes and the Operating Model.
• Through the analysis, definition, and continuous optimization of service processes, you will contribute to global process harmonization and ensure consistent workflows across countries and units.
• You will develop relevant KPIs including reporting structures, which will make the global control and improvement of process quality transparent and traceable.
• In close cooperation with global stakeholders, you will implement projects and measures in commercial and operational service areas and accompany change management measures within the framework of global process harmonization.
• You will actively help shape future-oriented topics such as Target Operating Model in Service, the use of AI in service processes, service and partner models in indirect markets, as well as digital documentation of services, and develop new approaches for our service organization.
• National and international travel of up to 10% will enable you to have direct exchange with colleagues and partners on site.

What distinguishes you

• You have a completed degree in a technical or business field, providing a solid foundation for combining service processes, technology, and business.
• Several years of experience in process and project management enables you to structure complex endeavors, create project plans, and define robust business cases.
• Extensive project management practice, including experience in leading project teams, helps you to confidently manage international and cross-functional projects and deliver results on schedule.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and international teams facilitates your cooperation with different stakeholders and coordination across country and departmental boundaries.
• Your strong structural and process orientation, and your very good analytical skills, enable you to identify optimization potential, use key figures effectively, and prepare sustainable decisions.
• Business-fluent English skills in speaking and writing allow you to communicate professionally in an international environment.
• In cooperation with various interest groups, you rely on binding, solution-oriented, and appreciative communication, bring different perspectives together, and proactively engage in change processes.
