Key Contributions Develop and maintain clean, scalable, and reliable Java backend services Optimize system performance, reliability, and development workflows Identify workflow bottlenecks and leverage AI tools and automation to improve team productivity Define and promote AI usage standards and best practices across the engineering team Establish validation practices for AI-generated code to ensure quality and maintainability Build reusable AI playbooks, templates, and toolkits to scale effective practices across the team Develop and maintain unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features Contribute to the evolution of microservices architecture , focusing on scalability, reliability, and maintainability Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing technical knowledge and best practices Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Development, or related fields At least 6 years of experience in Java Backend and Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, JUnit, etc) Solid experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-based application development Experience with AI-assisted development, workflow automation, or AI tools is a must Good knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, design patterns, concurrency, and problem-solving Understanding of SDLC and software engineering best practices Good/Fluent English communication is mandatory Proactive, open-minded, and willing to challenge existing ways of working and drive continuous improvement Benefits We are a multinational, product-driven company specializing in proprietary POS solutions — developing in-house and delivering directly to our worldwide customers.
