Assist with the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities, town halls, celebrations and internal events . Develop simple visual materials and creative assets using tools such as Canva or PowerPoint . Work with different HR team members and business stakeholders to gather information and turn it into clear, employee-friendly communications. Maintain the internal communications calendar and ensure communications are delivered in a timely manner. Support employer branding and culture-related initiatives where required. Track employee participation and engagement with internal campaigns and suggest ways to improve future initiatives. Support other HR projects and ad-hoc activities as required.
Requirements Requirements Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business, Mass Communications or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative with a good eye for content, visuals and presentation . Comfortable using Canva, PowerPoint or similar design tools . Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working with different stakeholders. Interest in HR, employee engagement, company culture and internal communications . Prior experience with content creation, social media, design or event planning would be an advantage.
