Job Summary

The Investment Analyst develops investment packages, manages client and fund expectations, and supports building a successful APAC data centre platform through detailed analysis, portfolio management, and business operations oversight balancing risks and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Support fund reporting, portfolio management, investment underwriting, debt financing, and scenario analysis to meet internal stakeholder requirements
• Independently execute investment and portfolio management tasks and serve as a communication channel for related activities
• Manage existing investment portfolios and assist in developing new data centre investment opportunities aligned with company goals and risk appetite
• Construct investment portfolios using market conditions, economic trends, budgets, sales results, and forecasts to optimize returns
• Monitor investment performance and identify market trend changes requiring strategic adjustments
• Conduct research on companies and industries to evaluate potential investment or partnership opportunities
• Collaborate with country managers and asset operations teams to prepare annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets that achieve underwriting EBITDA targets while maintaining asset resilience and client service agreements
• Develop investment plans for new projects and educate partners, vendors, and stakeholders on investment initiatives
• Evaluate data centre clients’ goals to contribute to relationship strategies and ensure alignment with company strategy
• Lead meetings and presentations to communicate ideas, findings, and investment recommendations
• Prospect for new clients and support relationship-building activities to expand the investment portfolio
• Stay informed on investment news, industry developments, and economic trends to guide decision-making
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including investor disclosures, privacy laws, anti-money laundering, and anti-fraud requirements
