Your tasks

• Oversee daily production cycles to ensure targets are met with maximum efficiency.
• Apply engineering principles to optimize workflows and troubleshoot technical bottlenecks.
• Lead and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies to reduce waste and enhance output quality.
• Coordinate resource planning to ensure materials and manpower are perfectly aligned with demand.

Requirements

• Experience: Up to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Education: A degree in Engineering or a related technical field is essential.
• Core Skills: Mastery of Management, Production, and Manufacturing processes.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Quality Control standards and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Leadership: Strong Team Leadership capabilities and the ability to manage diverse workflows.
• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Giza, Egypt.
• Mindset: A proactive problem-solver with a passion for Process Improvement and Health and Safety (HSE).
