Audit Manager (M/F)

EPITECH, recruitment expert, is looking for an Audit Manager (M/F) for one of its clients specializing in audit, consulting, and accounting, to join its Audit division in the Rhône-Alpes Region. Based in the ECHIROLLES offices, you will work with a diverse clientele composed of groups, ETI, PME, associations, and non-profit organizations, in various sectors such as industry, real estate, services, medical, or new technologies.

The missions of the position

In connection with the statutory auditors and internal experts, you will supervise teams and work on statutory and contractual audit missions:

• Supervise and coordinate staff teams to guarantee the quality of audit work.
• Work on various missions: statutory audit, contribution audits, acquisition audits, capital operations, and other contractual missions.
• Participate in work relating to internal control, IT systems, impairment tests, and ISA, IFRS, and US GAAP standards.
• Supervise work carried out by the BDO network teams internationally.
• Participate in the support and skill development of employees, as well as the evolution of audit processes and tools.
• Contribute to business development: tenders and preparation of presentation materials.
• Participate in regional projects related to quality, training, CSR, and innovation.

The profile sought

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in finance, audit, or accounting, you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a firm and proven experience in team management. You master audit standards, notably the ISA 600R standard, and are comfortable with new IT tools. Proficiency in professional English is indispensable. Pedagogical, rigorous, and a good listener, you are also a driver in the evolution of practices and the support of employees.
