International Buyer (M/F)

EPITECH, recruitment expert, is looking for an International Buyer (M/F) in a CDI position in Chambéry (73) for one of its clients specializing in the distribution of ingredients and the manufacturing of dietary supplements.

As part of a team reinforcement, you will join the purchasing department and work in connection with French and international suppliers. Reporting to the Group Purchasing Manager, you will actively participate in supply management, order tracking, and the development of supplier sourcing.

The missions of the position

• Ensure the monitoring of raw material stocks and guarantee supplies.
• Manage supplier orders, from confirmation to delivery, and perform necessary follow-ups.
• Update supply and order data in the ERP.
• Coordinate air and sea import operations with freight forwarders and track arrivals.
• Request and follow up on raw material samples from suppliers.
• Request price quotes and update prices in the ERP.
• Participate in supplier sourcing and identify new purchasing opportunities.

The profile sought

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position or in international trade. Proficiency in English is mandatory. Comfortable with IT tools and ideally an ERP, knowledge of MS Dynamics would be a plus. Organized, rigorous, and possessing a good sense of priorities, you enjoy teamwork and have excellent interpersonal skills.
