About the role

As Assistant Store Manager at Episode Paris, you will play an important role in our mission to combat fast fashion with sustainable solutions, in one of our most important flagship stores. We place our passion in your hands and you will become the face of our store: a true treasure trove full of vintage!

What will you do?

• Supporting the Store Manager;
• Guiding and managing the store team;
• Training the store staff in sales, store management, processing delivered goods, visual merchandising, etc.;
• Taking responsibility for store sales and KPI targets;
• Planning; Both daily tasks and weekly planning;
• Administrative tasks.

WHO ARE YOU?

• At least 2 years of experience in a supporting leadership role in retail (hard requirement);
• Leadership qualities;
• Speaks fluent English (hard requirement);
• Stress-resistant;
• Residing in Paris.
