Your impact

As a Power BI Consultant, you work at the intersection of business, data, and technology. You guide clients in setting up modern data and reporting environments, translate strategic questions into concrete insights, and ensure that data is actually used to achieve results.

In this role, you are the sparring partner for stakeholders, advisor to management, and expert for end users.

In short: from the first workshop to the final adoption, you extract the maximum from your clients' data.

What will you do?

Converting data into business value

• Designing and building powerful Power BI solutions
• Developing data models with DAX, Power Query, and Microsoft Fabric
• Translating complex business needs into clear insights
• Creating dashboards that are not only beautiful, but also trigger action

Advising and guiding

• Organizing workshops with business stakeholders
• Guiding clients through their Power BI and Fabric roadmap
• Introducing best practices regarding governance, security, and self-service BI
• Providing training & coaching to end users & key users

Innovating

• Working with the latest Microsoft technologies
• Utilizing AI to generate insights faster and optimize processes
• Helping build the future of data & analytics for our clients

Who are you?

You combine technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the right consultancy skills.

You understand that a dashboard is only successful when people actually use it to make better decisions.

Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following:

• At least 3 years of experience with Power BI
• Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M)
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric is a big plus
• An eye for UX/UI and data visualization
• You can switch easily between business and IT
• You communicate strongly in Dutch and English
• You think in solutions, not in problems
• You are curious, eager to learn, and love sharing knowledge
• You have a sense of humor (that helps more than you think)
