Technician

1.Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure machine reliability 2.Provide hands-on support during breakdowns and urgent technical issues 3.Plan and manage preventive maintenance (PM) activities 4.Analyze downtime and implement corrective and preventive actions 5.Coordinate with Production to ensure smooth and continuous operations 6.Monitor maintenance KPIs (downtime, cost, efficiency) 7.Participate in 5S activities 8.Prepare and Check daily reports. 9.Maintain and clean tools and other equipment used in maintenance.

Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Experience of 3 years in industrial and with experience working with machinery, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems. Has good knowledge of pneumatic, electrical, and PLC control circuits/systems Has knowledge of mechanics or electrical systems and can perform drafting Can use computer programs Word, Excel very well Has knowledge of English and can use English for work at a basic level Has knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, GMP, and Cleanroom environments Fast learner and creative Responsible, works well in a team, and can work under pressure Can work in shifts Has completed electrical system training
