Accountant
manages day-to-day financial bookkeeping, tracks company spending, and prepares accurate accounting reports to keep business operations compliant and efficient Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions, maintain general ledgers, and update journal entries Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process customer invoices, manage vendor bills, reconcile bank statements, and follow up on overdue payments Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and periodic budget-to-actual cost comparisons Compliance & Audits: Ensure financial practices adhere to local tax regulations and assist internal or external auditors with requested documentation Education: A diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business management Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
