Technical Architect Intune

Job Summary

Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise endpoint management and mobility solutions using Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and related technologies. Provide technical leadership and mentor teams to drive adoption of best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and secure enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Enterprise Mobility technologies
• Manage endpoint/device lifecycle processes including provisioning, deployment, configuration, patching, compliance, and retirement to ensure operational efficiency
• Develop and implement policies for Windows device management, application packaging, security, and compliance to meet organizational standards
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into detailed solution architectures
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills to maintain system reliability
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring and guiding engineering and support teams to enhance skills and promote best practices
• Maintain strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD to support directory services integration and management
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
