SAP Finance Functional Lead

Epergne Solutions is looking for a SAP FI having experience in journal posting, credit note, invoicing, memo modules with Public or Government Sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the designated System Officer-In-Charge for SAP applications (Finance)and associated services.
• Govern application lifecycle activities, project deliverables, operational support, and vendor performance.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical incidents, service disruptions, audit findings, and cybersecurity issues.
• Review and endorse project deliverables, technical designs, testing outcomes ,and implementation plans.
• Ensure compliance with organizational ICT policies, IM8 requirements ,cybersecurity standards, and audit controls.
• Oversee knowledge transfer, documentation quality, and transition activities during onboarding, handover, or vendor change exercises.
• Coordinate with business owners, system owners, auditors, and security teams to address operational and compliance requirements.
• Monitor SAP system health, availability, capacity, and performance.
• Ensure SAP systems comply with cybersecurity policies and regulatoryrequirements.
• Coordinate Vulnerability Assessments (VA), Penetration Testing (PT), source code reviews, and remediation activities.
• Oversee user access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD), privileged access management, and audit compliance activities.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Work closely with business units, government agencies, vendors, and technology teams.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution reviews.
• Prepare executive reports, risk assessments, project updates, and decision papers for management.
