Oracle Functional QA Engineer (Finance)

Your tasks

Epergne Solutions seeks a Senior Oracle Functional QA Engineer to lead functional testing of Oracle Fusion Finance modules. You will drive test planning, execution, defect management, and collaborate with stakeholders in Agile environments.

• Plan and execute functional testing of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, focusing on Oracle Finance modules to ensure quality and compliance
• Validate end-to-end business processes across Oracle Fusion and integrated enterprise applications to confirm workflow integrity
• Perform integration testing involving Oracle Fusion, third-party applications, middleware platforms, APIs, downstream reporting systems, and enterprise data flows to verify system interoperability
• Conduct Oracle Fusion quarterly release testing, patch validation, and impact assessment to maintain system stability and performance
• Verify data synchronization, interface validation, batch processing, and transaction integrity across interconnected systems to ensure data accuracy
• Manage defect lifecycle including identification, documentation, tracking, and resolution to improve software quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams to align testing activities with delivery schedules and business objectives
• Apply strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to identify issues and recommend solutions promptly
• Communicate effectively in verbal and written forms to report test results and coordinate with stakeholders
• Take ownership of deliverables and work independently to meet project goals and deadlines
• Demonstrate proactive learning of new technologies, tools, and business processes to enhance testing effectiveness
• Maintain awareness and understanding of AI-powered applications and tools to support evolving QA practices

Requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Mandatory experience in Oracle Finance modules testing
• Mandatory experience in Oracle Fusion integration testing involving external applications, APIs, middleware, interfaces, and enterprise systems
• AI awareness and understanding of AI-powered applications and tools
• Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and business processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in test automation using Selenium or similar automation tools
