EP Education Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based education and training provider that delivers engaging learning programmes to schools, institutions and the wider community. We work closely with educators, trainers and industry partners to provide quality educational experiences across various areas of learning.

As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our recruitment, HR administration and payment-processing activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process HR-related payments, including staff reimbursements, manpower billing and honorarium payments, accurately and within the required timelines.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into relevant HR, staff claims and administrative systems, ensuring that proper documentation and records are maintained.
  • Receive, organise, file and maintain HR and payment-related documents in accordance with established procedures.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and engagement of student interns through ITEs, polytechnics and universities.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding and engagement of freelance and full-time trainers.
  • Liaise with educational institutions, candidates, trainers and other external stakeholders on recruitment and administrative matters.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to obtain required information, supporting documents or clarification.
  • Ensure that all HR and payment-processing activities comply with company policies, established procedures and relevant statutory requirements.
  • Monitor assigned tasks and transactions to ensure service standards and processing timelines are met, and promptly highlight any delays or operational issues.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee, candidate and payment-related information at all times.
  • Provide support for general HR, operational and administrative matters.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR, recruitment or administration.
  • Experience in HR administration, staff reimbursements, manpower billing, honorarium payments or other payment-processing activities will be an advantage.
  • Experience in recruiting student interns or trainers will be an advantage but is not required.
  • Able to manage a high volume of transactions and administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Meticulous and organised, with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work within tight timelines and adapt effectively to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with HR and administrative systems.
  • Responsible, dependable and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong follow-up skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and ensure tasks are completed on time.
