Business Manager M/F
We are looking for a Business Manager M/F to join our Lanester agency.
You will take charge of client relations and the commercial follow-up of technical and documentary projects, primarily in the naval sector. Acting as the interface between clients and our technical teams, you will contribute to the smooth running of business, from needs analysis to the monitoring of services.
The position is part of a knowledge transfer dynamic, with progressive support from the current director to allow you to develop your knowledge of our activities and gradually evolve within the scope.
Your missions
Business Management
- Monitor the smooth running of projects by ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and deadline commitments.
- Ensure the commercial follow-up of business in connection with project teams.
- Understand and analyze the technical needs of clients.
- Propose solutions adapted to the specific requests of clients in the naval sector.
- Contribute to the preparation of commercial and technical offers with internal teams.
- Participate in monitoring client satisfaction.
Client Relations and Business Development
- Be the primary point of contact for clients regarding the business being managed.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
- Identify new commercial opportunities within ongoing projects.
- Participate in responding to calls for tender, in collaboration with the director and technical teams.
- Ensure a regular presence in the field to meet clients and understand their challenges.
- Contribute to the development of the agency's activity.
Ideally:
- You have an engineering background or equivalent Master's degree (Bac+5), with a solid technical culture in the fields of maintenance, complex systems, or industry.
- You have approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in business management, project management, or in a role combining technical skills and client relations.
- Experience in the naval sector, industry, or a complex technical environment is a real asset.
- You are able to understand the technical issues of your clients and work at the interface with different professional teams.
- You have good interpersonal skills, a sense of customer service, and are comfortable with negotiation and coordination.
- You are autonomous, organized, and have a sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in operational English is required.

Remuneration: 45 to 60 K€ gross annual depending on profile + company benefits (RTT, restaurant vouchers, family health insurance, bonuses, profit sharing, CSE).
