We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Global IT Team in Krailling or remote.

Your Mission
Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow solutions across the platform, leveraging App Engine, JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
Take ownership of EOS' CMDB landscape, designing and enhancing CI classes, relationship models, governance processes, and data quality mechanisms to ensure a reliable foundation for IT operations.
Drive the evolution of our ITOM capabilities, including Discovery, Service Mapping, event-driven automation, and the continuous improvement of configuration data accuracy and service visibility.
Further develop and optimize our ITSM processes and modules, implementing scalable workflows, automations, notifications, service catalog items, and user experiences that improve operational efficiency.
Lead and enhance Software Asset Management (SAM), ensuring software compliance, license optimization, and efficient lifecycle management.
Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
Ensure platform stability, performance, scalability, and security through testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and continuous optimization.
Your Talents
Several years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including scripting, application development, and platform customization.
Strong expertise in CMDB design, governance, CI modeling, relationship mapping, and data quality management.
Experience working with ServiceNow ITOM capabilities such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and infrastructure integrations.
Good understanding of ITSM processes and practical experience developing and enhancing ServiceNow ITSM modules and workflows.
Experience building integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, and automation frameworks.
Solid JavaScript skills and a strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for platform engineering, automation, and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
