Integrated into the Operations Department, the Data Engineer intern will have the role of designing, ensuring the reliability of, and automating the data flows of the EOS France Group, with a dual objective: Structure, optimize, and administer existing databases. Industrialize the collection, transformation, and provision of data.
Main missions: Design and optimize models and databases (SQL Server): schemas, queries, indexes, performance. Develop Python scripts to automate the extraction, cleaning, and transformation of data (ETL pipelines). Industrialize and ensure the reliability of data processing and refreshing processes (automation, scheduling, quality control). Design and populate cubes / data warehouses to serve performance analysis. Provide Business teams and Management with clean and documented data for reporting and dashboards.
Hard-skills; Student at Master's level (Bac +5), you are preparing a degree (from an engineering school, university, or equivalent training) in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or Data Science. A first experience in development or data processing (project or internship) would be a plus. You master the SQL language and database modeling (SQL Server). You have good skills in Python applied to data (scripts, automation, ETL). You understand the principles of industrializing data flows. You have knowledge of Power BI or another data visualization tool. Practice of Git is a plus. Soft-skills: Rigor, attention to detail, and a taste for data reliability. Autonomy, curiosity, and the desire to step out of your technical comfort zone. Ability to work in a team and communicate with Business teams.
Contract: 6-month Internship Remuneration according to profile and experience Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Fluent English level. Desired start date: from September 2026. Position based in Paris 15th, 5 minutes walking distance from the Dupleix or La Motte-Picquet-Grenelle metro.
