EnviTec Anlagenbau GmbH & Co. KG is part of EnviTec Biogas AG, a leading company in renewable energies with a focus on the international biogas industry and around 700 employees. Within the group, Anlagenbau is responsible for the planning and implementation of biogas and biomethane plants. At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a Senior Accountant (m/w/d) HGB & Steuern in 49393 Lohne.

Your Tasks

• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB
• Management of tax matters domestically and abroad as well as preparation of tax calculations
• Participation in tax audits and acting as a contact person for tax issues in operational business
• Analysis, evaluation, and documentation of complex business transactions in an international context
• Cooperation with tax consultants, auditors, and internal specialist departments
• Support in the further development of processes and systems in accounting

Our Requirements

• Completed degree with a focus on accounting/taxes or further training as Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, alternatively in auditing or tax consultancy
• Sound knowledge of tax law as well as confident handling of accounting according to HGB
• Experience with ERP systems (ideally MS Dynamics 365 Business Central) and good Excel skills
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Teamwork skills, resilience, as well as an organized, structured, and result-oriented way of working
