EnviTec Anlagenbau GmbH & Co. KG is part of EnviTec Biogas AG, a leading renewable energy company focusing on the international biogas industry with around 700 employees. Within the group, Anlagenbau is responsible for the planning and implementation of biogas and biomethane plants. At the earliest possible date, we are looking for an HSE Koordinator (m/w/d) in 48369 Saerbeck to support our teams on international construction sites.

Your Tasks

• HSE support for international construction and commissioning projects in Anlagenbau
• Carrying out site walkthroughs, site inspections, and HSE audits
• Coordination and review of HSE documentation from contractors and subcontractors
• Support with hazard assessments, risk assessments, and work permit processes
• Close cooperation with site managers, project teams, and customers
• Participation in training, safety briefings, and the further development of standardized HSE processes

Our Requirements

• Completed degree or technician/master craftsman training in the field of safety technology, environmental technology, process engineering, or Anlagenbau
• Experience in the HSE environment with a clear connection to construction sites, assembly, commissioning, or industrial Anlagenbau projects
• Good written and spoken English skills, any additional foreign language is an advantage
• Technical understanding in Anlagenbau as well as ideally knowledge in explosion protection, operational safety, or MSR-Technik
• Experience with RAMS, work instructions, hazard assessments, or site-related HSE documents is an advantage
• Teamwork skills, resilience, as well as an organized, structured, and result-oriented way of working
• Very high willingness to travel
• Driving license class B
