We are recruiting a Family Law Caseworker for a specialist Family Law practice based in Canary Wharf.
Requirements
- Practical Family Law casework experience
- Experience of domestic abuse & private law children matters (desirable)
- Experience managing and progressing Family Law files
- Family Law advocacy experience, OR completed Bar vocational training alongside relevant Family Law experience (Essential)
- Confidence working independently with clients
- London-based and able to attend court regularly
This position would suit an experienced Family Law caseworker, paralegal or fee earner with advocacy experinece
Advocacy experienceis not essential for candidates who have completed Bar vocational training with a Family Law focus.* Candidates with this training who are looking to develop their practical advocacy experience are encouraged to apply.
Other
This is a predominantly remote role, with court attendance when needed. Candidates must therefore be London-based and able to travel easily to courts across London. Applicants living within particularly easy reach of Canary Wharf/East London are highly desirable, as attendance at the firm's office will also be required when needed.
