• Previous family law experience gained within a law firm.
• Experience assisting with private family matters , including divorce and children matters.

The Role

Envision People is representing a well-established Suffolk law firm seeking a Family Paralegal to join its busy team in Beccles.

The role is predominantly focused on private family law , supporting fee earners on a range of matters including divorce and children work. There will also be the opportunity to gain exposure to private client matters, including wills and probate.

This opportunity would suit a candidate looking to develop their career within a supportive and client-focused legal practice.

Desirable Experience

The following would be advantageous:

• Previous court attendance experience.
• Experience preparing bundles and legal documents.
• Exposure to wills and probate matters.
• Law degree, LPC or SQE studies.
