Export Sales Officer (Work From Home)

1. Oversee export sales coordination

• Coordinate between Export Sales Manager, international customers, Production / QA / Logistics departments
• Verify the accuracy of product details
• Follow up on Sample / Trial / New Product
• Track order status (Order Tracking)

1. Manage customer communication

• Respond to Emails and communicate with international customers (English)
• Provide product information, pricing, and production status
• Receive Requirements and Specs from customers

1. Prepare Export Documents

• Prepare documents such as: Invoice / Packing List / Shipping Document and other export-related documents
• Coordinate with Freight Forwarder / Shipping

1. Data and Report Management

• Maintain databases for customers / Orders / Specs
• Prepare Sales / Order status reports

1. Sales Support

• Prepare information for sales proposals
• Coordinate meetings / Online Meetings
• Support international market expansion

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields 3–5 years of experience in export sales and marketing (proficient in English) Ready to respond to urgent tasks, such as replying to Emails or attending meetings with international customers outside of working hours on some occasions Able to use Excel and basic Microsoft Office programs Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage tasks according to Deadlines Possess communication skills to work effectively with teams and coordinate with multiple parties Normal work is performed in a Work From Home format, with the ability to travel to other provinces in some cases Able to work 6 days per week, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
