Technician (Testing/R&D)

Job Overview

We are looking for a  Technician (Testing/R&D)  to join the hardware design and verification team of a leading US technology MNC in the networking industry.

The successful candidate will support  hardware testing, verification, and board-level measurements  for next-generation Ethernet switching systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hardware testing and board-level measurements.
• Operate laboratory equipment to conduct testing and measurements.
• Review test results to ensure compliance with required specifications.
• Support engineers in hardware verification and troubleshooting.
• Complete assigned testing activities according to project schedules.
• Work independently and collaboratively with the technical team.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
• Experience in hardware testing, verification , or board-level measurement is an advantage.
• Familiarity with E thernet/networking technologies preferred.
• Able to operate laboratory test equipment.
• Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
