Senior HR Executive (Manufacturing)

Company’s Profile: Our client is a leading international product leader in the automotive industry. With a global presence in over 80 countries worldwide, they are rapidly expanding as they advance into the dynamic landscape of the automotive industry. Their Singapore office and manufacturing plant has been established for more than 25 years and they are now seeking a qualified Industrial Engineer to join their team! Work location: Ang Mo Kio Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide timely HR support to employees and managers.

Partner with business leaders and line managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, and HR policies.

Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives.

Drive employee engagement and HR initiatives across the organization.

Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Support performance appraisal and talent management processes.

Assist with compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and other HR administration. Work closely with management and relevant stakeholders on organizational and people-related projects.

Support HR reporting, analytics, and preparation of management reports.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and employee experience.

Requirements: Degree or Diploma in HR / Business or related field At least 3 - 5 years' of relevant HR experience, preferably in Manufacturing / Engineering companies Experience working with blue-collar / production employees will be a strong advantage Proactive, outgoing personality, able to take initiative and work independently Interested candidates may  whatsapp your resume to 8977 7062 .
