Healthcare Nurse Manager (Central / Office Hours)

About the company

Our client is an established Singapore healthcare group with over 20 years of healthcare heritage, offering multidisciplinary medical services and patient-centred care. They are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations, mentor clinical teams and uphold high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.

Your tasks

• Nursing Operations Management: Oversee daily nursing home operations, ensuring smooth workflows, effective resource utilization and high standards of service delivery.
• Nursing Leadership: Lead, supervise and evaluate nursing staff and multidisciplinary care teams, fostering accountability, professionalism and teamwork.
• Quality of Care: Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care through effective care planning, monitoring and timely interventions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant MOH, Singapore Nursing Board and Agency for Integrated Care standards and requirements.
• Clinical Governance & Audits: Oversee infection prevention and control, medication management, safety procedures, clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Staff Training & Development: Identify training needs, organise educational programmes and mentor nursing staff to enhance clinical competencies and professional growth.
• Incident & Complaint Management: Address operational issues, resident and family feedback, complaints and emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among nursing staff, healthcare professionals, other departments and residents’ families.
• Continuous Improvement & Strategic Planning: Review nursing practices, implement evidence-based care, drive service improvements and support short- and long-term departmental planning.
• Projects & Professional Development: Lead nursing department projects and initiatives while keeping abreast of developments in nursing practices, healthcare technologies and clinical standards.

Requirements

Key Requirements

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Nursing and must be Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Min. 7-8 years’ experience as in nursing with combined 4-5 years’ of staff management / supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
