Job Summary
Support healthcare IT systems, data reporting and technology projects within a pharmacy environment. This role involves project coordination, data analysis, system support and user training .
Key Responsibilities
- Support IT projects from planning and testing to implementation
- Coordinate with users, IT teams and vendors
- Maintain and manage data in pharmacy IT systems
- Generate reports and support dashboard development
- Perform system testing based on business workflows
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support
- Conduct user training and prepare learning materials
- Support process improvement and system optimisation
Requirements
- Degree or higher qualification
- Strong interest in IT, automation and healthcare technology
- Healthcare IT experience is an advantage
- Proficient in Advanced Excel (e.g. Macros, Power Query)
- Knowledge of SQL and data extraction/mining
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and adapt to challenges
- Comfortable supporting system deployments during off-peak hours when required
