Job Title: Clinical Support Coordinator
Working Hours: 42 hours/week (5.5days)
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform blood collection ( venipuncture, capillary, heel-prick ) and related procedures ( ECG, spirometry ) efficiently and accurately .
- Maintain a clean work area and comply with infection control and workplace safety guidelines.
- Verify patient identity using two identifiers before testing.
- Ensure proper documentation practices and traceability of samples.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, doctors, and vendors , both in-person and over the phone .
Required Skills and Experience:
- N/O Level, ITE Certificate/Diploma in Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Health Sciences , or a Phlebotomy Certificate .
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience performing phlebotomy in a fast-paced environment .
