WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- M.Sc/M.Tech in Biochemistry, Biotechnology with 1-4 years of research experience in either academic or industrial R&D setting.
- Hands-on experience in cell based and cell free assays
- Expertise and in-depth understanding of cell culture, assay development, compound screening, molecular biology techniques. Experience in advanced techniques such as HTRF, AlphaLISA, flow cytometry would be a plus.
- A strong understanding of fundamental statistical concepts, including ANOVA, along with proficiency in data analysis tools such as GraphPad Prism, is essential.
- A good understanding of the drug discovery workflow would be an added advantage
- Maintain accurate experimental records, document results, and ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs and good documentation practices.
- Manage laboratory reagents, consumables, equipment, and cell stocks to ensure uninterrupted experimental activities.
- Excellent interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic; scientific curiosity; can-do, will-do attitude.
