Marketing Assistant - Remote

We are Latam Doers, a binational BPO firm connecting businesses with talented, bilingual assistants and professionals from Latin America. We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant with the following skills and experience:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Create and prepare weekly emails using approved templates; make updates and revisions; implement in HubSpot.
• Prepare and format the monthly newsletter using client-provided content and templates.
• Create flyers, social media graphics and visual content using Canva and approved guidelines.
• Create and schedule LinkedIn posts based on company guidelines, previous posts and provided content.
• Update contacts and create segmented contact lists to support outreach activities.
