We are Latam Doers, a binational BPO firm connecting businesses with talented, bilingual assistants and professionals from Latin America. We are currently seeking a Leads and Marketing Assistant with the following skills and experience:

Tareas

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Apollo.io (IA GTM)
• Business Development & Prospecting: Outreach, prospect research, lead qualification, and appointment setting through phone, email, text, and WhatsApp.
• Lead & Client Follow-Up: Managing communications, tracking opportunities, coordinating next steps, and maintaining consistent follow-up.
• Executive & Calendar Management: Coordinating meetings, consultations, and appointments through Calendly and Zoom.
• Administrative Support: Maintaining prospect databases and spreadsheets, organizing information, preparing business materials, and supporting day-to-day administrative needs.
• Client & Business Support: Professionally representing Client Business, supporting client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and assisting with additional operational needs as required.
