Operations Management - Haute Couture/Fashion Company

Important haute couture company is looking for a General Operations Manager

Objective: Coordinate the integral operation of the company and ensure that the company's strategy is translated into processes, responsible parties, indicators, and measurable results, coordinating the different areas of the company: administration, human resources, sales, marketing, design, production, and logistics.

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in a managerial and/or operations position
• Broad knowledge of the HR area
• Experience in managing work teams
• Completed Bachelor's degree
• Intermediate English
• High level of drive and proactivity
• Currently residing in the city
• Desirable interest and/or experience in fashion

Functions and responsibilities:

• Coordinate the integral operation of the company.
• Create, implement, and improve processes and manuals.
• Define responsibilities and measure the performance of each area.
• Follow up on sales, costs, productivity, inventories, and profitability.
• Lead and develop the heads of each area.
• Detect problems and establish solutions.
• Improve communication and coordination between departments.
• Ensure compliance with objectives and deadlines.
• Participate in strategic business decisions.
• Develop new commercial and growth opportunities.
• Prepare the structure for national and international growth.

• Salary of $25,000 net monthly
