HVAC Service Technician with ticket

Entity Mechanical is growing, and we're looking for a ticketed* *HVAC Service Technician* who is ready to take ownership, lead from the front, and help build a first-class service department.

• must have HVAC/R red seal with a B ticket*

This position is ideal for an experienced technician who enjoys solving complex problems, managing customer relationships, and taking charge of service work from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Manage service calls, maintenance agreements, and customer accounts
• Lead and coordinate field work for service and small project jobs
• Communicate directly with customers and provide technical recommendations
• Support scheduling, job planning, and service operations
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
• Mentor and support junior technicians when needed
• Help grow and strengthen our service department

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of ticketed HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• EPA Certification required
• HVAC/R red seal with a B ticket **must have ticket* *
